As a business professional, Karen is co-founder and CEO of Maristone and is shaping the company into an innovator in independent and assisted living at a time when demographics alone show a growing need for a new lifestyle for seniors in America.

Karen began her long-term care career in 19 years ago in the nursing home industry with Capital Care Management Company. In 1997, she moved into the senior living industry where she served as Executive Director of numerous assisted living, Alzheimer's and retirement living communities for ServiceMaster Diversified Health Services and Atria Senior Living.

Bill Watson is committed to providing the best care and programs for people dealing with Memory Care challenges.  Believing in treating the person, and not the disease, Watson has a proven track record developing compassionate and effective Alzheimer's Care Programs.

As the Alzheimer's Care Director for Autumn Breeze Assisted Living he developed and trained staff in the Alzheimer's Disease/Memory Impairment Care Program.  He also trained staff of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in care for patients with Alzheimerʼs and other forms of dementia.

Jayne Rogovin handles all Marketing and Communications for Maristone.  She brings to the team a proven track record in Public Relations, corporate communications and the ability to build strategic partnerships. 

Curt Revelette joined our team in June 2008 as the Maristone Project Manager. His primary responsibilities include the management of logistics, budgets, and contractors for all new development, construction, refurbishment, and additions.  He brings with him his extensive experience spent with the highly successful Tennessee based Advantage Builders. 

An expert in property development, Hill has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. Coming from a family that includes city planners and builders, property development was a natural fit.
