Karen began her long-term care career in 19 years ago in the nursing home industry with Capital Care Management Company. In 1997, she moved into the senior living industry where she served as Executive Director of numerous assisted living, Alzheimer's and retirement living communities for ServiceMaster Diversified Health Services and Atria Senior Living.
