Services and Amenities For Assisted Living

The Maristone of Franklin is the perfect choice for people who don’t want to live home alone anymore and for those who need some assistance and support with daily activities, but don’t need 24-hour medical supervision.

 

Life at The Maristone provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily grooming like bathing or dressing as well as medication reminders.  We believe that a change in life doesn’t have to mean a change in lifestyle.  You will find state of the art beautifully appointed living spaces,  dine on delicious meals, enjoy engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care.

Monthly fees for The Maristone of Franklin are comprised of a minimum “Base Rate” with additional service levels and select special services available at additional cost. The base level is designed to accommodate the general day-to-day needs of the assisted living resident. Each incremental service level includes more services for additional fees. All utilities except telephone and cable are included. 

 

All suites include the following:

•     Three delicious meals daily with your choice of dining options •     24-hour access to Soda Shop/Pub and Library/Media Center •     Weekly housekeeping services •     Weekly clothes laundering •     Trained caregivers on staff 24 hours daily •     Scheduled local transportation (within a defined radius of travel) •     24-hour emergency call system •     Personal kitchenette including refrigerator and microwave •     General apartment maintenance •     Supervised daily activity program •     Weekly outings •     All utilities except telephone and cable •     Fire/smoke detectors and sprinkler system

Level of Care 1*

Includes all Base Rate Services plus… •   Coordinate and communicate with outside healthcare providers •     Verbal reminders for bathing, dressing and grooming •     Routine night check (once per night) •     Assistance with menu selections •     Daily bed making •     Assistance setting appointments •     Coordinate diagnostic testing •     Occasional prompts/direction when needed •     Assistance with independent use of equipment

Level of Care 2*

Includes all Base Rate and Level 1 Services plus.. •     Personal assistance with bathing up to three times per week •     Personal assistance with grooming every morning •     Personal assistance with dressing every morning

Level of Care 3*

Includes all Base Rate and Level 1 and 2 Services plus… •     Personal assistance with bathing more than three times per week •     Personal assistance with grooming every morning and evening •     Personal assistance with dressing every morning and evening •     Personal escort to meals and activities •     Personal assistance with transfers (as allowed by State of Tennessee) •     Personal assistance with dining
